8am Show 'n Go Adventure Ride Meet at Meiner's Grocery, 62nd Brookside & ride to the City Market to reassemble about 8:45 am at City Market Coffeehouse and discuss where to continue riding. The group may divide, some going 15 miles and some 30 - 60 miles, depending upon the mood and weather. The "route coordinator" sometimes stops unexpectedly - to watch bald eagles flying, turtles sunning on rocks; and always to observe a Great Blue Heron. We prefer to make it up as we go. Riding a bicycle is not "training" or "exercise" for us so much as a way to get outside in all kinds of weather and share some interesting experiences and sights with our companions.
